Before working with Brawn, I was struggling with my leadership skills . It was really frustrating and discouraging. I lacked hope and motivation. In the past 11 months of working together, I have been stretched personally and professionally, allowing me to grow as a person. I have been able to clear away the cobwebs of preconceived ideas and notions, to clearly see the full range of my potential. It is amazing what a clear vision can give you, a true sense of hope rooted in the knowledge that personal growth is a very real possibility. Brawn supported and guided me every step along the way.
