The amount of joy, laughter, deep thoughts, intentional changes, and emotional depth this group had as they grew together was inspiring. I am extremely proud of this group from The Good Shepherd Community Clinic, Inc. for the way they have taken themselves on and grown as a team.

Here are some of the takeaways captured from our time together:

I realized that each person brings different levels of personality characteristics to the table, and it is my duty to be adaptable to that individual.
I will continue to work on believing in myself. When I am confident, others will find it easier to believe in me as well.
Clearer understanding of what makes us tick or ticks us off 🙂
I am a square peg and that's okay.
I realized that too much reasoning and overthinking can be counterproductive.
Focusing more on understanding others than changing me.
I was able to let go of past hurts from people who didn’t understand me and not be angry anymore.
My applications throughout this process forced me to be intentional with my relationships. This resulted in a greater buy-in within my team.
This course has allowed me to get a better appreciation for the team as a whole by understanding their motivations and hearts behind what they do.
I have learned that other leadership styles can be just as effective.
I am less frustrated and more patient as my awareness of others has grown.
Able to BE WHO I AM and be okay with it versus trying to be who I am not.
